Our Story
Voicce was founded in 2014 as an IVR system, but we quickly evolved into a modern cloud contact center software. Our expansion was fueled by the increasing need for cloud-based contact center software and mainly the growth of voice and chat bots focused and improving customer experience and digital transformation in call centers. As we entered new markets and onboarded new customers, we disrupted the stagnant telephony and voice bot market.

Despite our rapid growth, we continue to seek new opportunities to improve. We are pleased to announce our US expansion in 2023 and the addition of Noble Systems alumni to our board team.
